"Trombone Sunday" Optional Rehearsal at MPPC

Come join the PTP for an optional rehearsal for "Trombone Sunday."  

"Trombone Sunday" with the PTP at Memorial Park Presbyterian Church.  Past guest artists have included: Mark L. Lusk (Prof. of Trombone at Penn State University), Murray Crewe (Former Bass Trombonist of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and Professor of Trombone at Carnegie Mellon and Duquesne Universities), Dr. Christian Dickinson (Prof. of Trombone at IUP), Dr. Bruce Tychinski (Prof. of Trombone at the University of Delaware), Dr. Keith Jackson (Prof. of Trombone and Head of the Music Department at West Virginia University), Dr. Edward Kocher (Dean and Professor of Trombone at Duquesne University), Dr. Tad Grieg (Director of Bands and Professor of Low Brass at Westminster College) and Jerry Amoury (Bass Trombonists with the United States Army Band - Pershing's Own).  This event is free and open to all low brass players.  The morning warm-up and rehearsal starts at 8:00 a.m.  The PTP Trombone Sunday Choir performs at the 9:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services.  Come and make glorious music with the PTP!
